It is an extension material of natural ingredients with a shelf life that has the effect of inhibiting strong heat-resistant bacteria in neutral, alkaline food which is pH range which conventional acid control agent is hard to exert.

It is sold as a key ingredient in extending the shelf life of confectionery, baking, raw noodle, custard cream, side dishes, starchy foods and sauces.
